It
offers a gorgeously attractive and beautifully perfumed nose of rose petal, fresh almond, bakery elements, vineyard peach, apricot flower, anise,
thyme, and a hint of candy floss, as well as some smoky residues from its spontaneous fermentation. The wine is very subtle and elegant on the
palate, which is all about lightness. The yellow fruits and roundness give the wine a very direct and pleasant character. Its lightness carries through
to the finish, which is nevertheless long and delicate.
